On 1 July 2017 entered into force the amendments to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) Implementing Regulations adopted on 14 October 2015 and 11 October 2016 and apply to the following rules:

Rule 4.10, Rule 12bis.1, Rule 12bis.2, Rule 23bis.1, Rule 23bis.2, Rule 41.1, Rule 41.2, Rule 45bis.1, Rule 51bis.1, Rule 86.1, Rule 95.1 and Rule 95.2.
